Takes great care of dogs! Very friendly service and very clean. Only complaint is that they up charge for everything. I just think if I pay for boarding that it should include playtime.
Boarded our dog for the holidays and trusted them to give her her daily anxiety medication, which cannot be missed as advised by her vet. They didn’t give it to her, and didn’t return it to the person who picked her up the day before Christmas Eve. We were flying home and had to call over and over to get in touch with someone, only to be met with a harsh tone of inconvenience to this business. This is the absolute definition of neglect. Stay away from this facility, they are only in it for the money.
Had a blast renting out the pool area. Facility was clean and the property looked like a dog's paradise.

horrible horrible customer service, does not offer proper care and attention to clients animals, and refuse's communication of the most basic needs. do not leave your animal here, your business is much more valued elsewhere.
I used to be fine with this location but this last visit was disappointing. I picked up my dog and he smelled like urine and has a cold. Not taking him there again.
Our exuberant lab puppy had a great time here for her first daycare experience. She loved the pool, and she can't wait to go back for more! This is a pup who seems to have a boundless and constant supply of energy. She came home relaxed, happy, and tired. She was happily calm all evening and slept through the night, allowing me the best sleep I've had since we brought her home 3 months ago! Really, her great day transformed our household. We're all looking forward to her next romp with her new friends.
